NOTE: Miroslav Lajčák was Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic from 2009-2010 and again from 2012-2020. The Slovak Republic experienced a major political crisis triggered by the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak in February 2018. The Prime Minister resigned the same day as this email to Steve Bannon. News of the PM's resignation most likely broke about an hour after Epstein's email.
